| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: 4th quarter sample not submitted. 2/1/10 Left message for the operator explaining the violation. Also, a letter was sent explaining the violation and the remedial actions required. Since this is a seasonal system, I speculate that they did not realize a 4th quarter sample was needed. However, since they operate in October, one is needed. This was also explained in the letter and on voicemail ACTION NEEDED: Ensure 4th quarter sample is taken and submitted in 2010. | ||
