| Details: | I spoke with Larry about the total coliform samples. He said that Fisher pump was out to look at the UV unit. They indicated that the protective cover for the light needed to be cleaned. Fisher cleaned serviced the UV unit. I let Larry know to complete a level 1 investigation within 30 days. I also reminded him that three routine samples will be needed in July. | ||
