| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Discussed missing quarterly sample with operator. He thought that the source water sample letter sent by the state was for the quarterly samples. The system is actually seasonal and since it was not in use during the fourth quarter, he thought that a sample was no needed. I explained the difference between the source water samples and the quarterly samples. Also, I told him we would change his system to seasonal so that samples would not need to be submitted when system was closed. ACTION NEEDED: Submit inventory update for this water system. | ||
