| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed NoV amendment, arsenic treatment, and public notice. DETAILS: I called John to discuss issuing an amended Notice of Violation letter allowing adequate time to complete installation of the arsenic treatment currently being installed by the system. I asked if the system has issued a public notice since last June when the original NoV letter was sent. John said it had not, but said he would issue an updated notice when I requested it. ACTION NEEDED: Await updated public notice, and installation of the arsenic treatment that has been conditionally approved for installation at the system. | ||
