| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A source water special sample for Ground Water Under Direct Influence (GWUDI) evaluation was mistakenly sent to the Portland state office and recorded as a source water sample instead of sending it to the Springfield office. The sample was positive for E.coli. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeats were taken and sent to state. Results were all E.coli positive therefore Microscopic Particulate Analysis (MPA) testing will begin. A field visit was done and coliform was verified to be ok ( 4 log inactivation of viruses). The system will begin compliance monitoring ASAP. | ||
