| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 2/2/10. Routine sample for total coliform was positive. Spoke with Eric via telephone morning of 2/2/10, he had already taken 2 repeat samples and taken into lab yesterday afternoon. Only 2 spigots available for taking repeats samples at this facility. Instructed to take two more from same spigots the next day but then 2 repeat samples came back positive the following day so instructed to shock system. System was shock chlorinated on 2/5/10 ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
