| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: Received alert on 2/4/10 Spoke with Eric by phone today and visited facility around 9am that morning to meet with staff. Eric understands protocol for shocking system and will chlorine shock water system at close fo business day , around 1pm, on 2/5/10. Spoke via phone with Eric morning of 2/8/10 system was shocked on Friday and flushed out Saturday morning. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 repeat samples by end of month. | ||
