| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 3 of 4 repeat samples was drawn on 2/9/10 and all showed presence of coliforms plus a source sample was taken the same day also showing coliform present. My phone call was answered by church pastors wife who said show would try to pass the sample results showing the presence of coliform on to Gary Lillie. Email sent to Gary. ACTION NEEDED: Call me before you take the 5 required routine temporary samples for March. | ||
