| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead & copper DETAILS: Spoke with Steve regarding sample date 6/3/09 in the youth room testing at 0.557mg/L and copper sample at 1.54mg/Lthe youth rooms water faucet receives little activity so water may have been sitting too long. ACTION NEEDED: Resample following this method: (1) flush system the night before (2) allow to sit for 8-18 hours (3) Collect samples before the facility opens (4) Collect a 250 -ml sample and allow water to flow for 30 seconds. Collect another 250ml sample. Assign a unique ID number for each sample. Accurately complete the recordkeeping form of each sample and ship samples as instructed. | ||
