| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Left message for Sam. The technician answering the phone was unsure why the positive coliform test. I stated that the system results showed a 0.0 chlorine residual and this was not a good thing since the water is supposed to be treating for disinfection, however, the sample was submitted from well #3 SRC-AB. Not sure if this is source sample for the assessment monitoring or if this is part of the routine coliform sample for the quarter. 4 repeat samples required if this is par of the quarterly sampling. No other action required if this is a source assessment monitoring sample. ACTION NEEDED: State office needs to have different codes to differentiate between routine monitoring and source assessment monitoring. | ||
