Details:	Another ethylbenzene & xylene detection. Remain on quarterly monitoring. WS will sample both at the EP and at their raw intake (i.e., before and after the 2019 water treatment system upgrades) to see if there are any detections in the raw water. These were slight detections at 5 ppb for ethylbenzene. The MCL is 700 ppb. 52 ppb for xylene. The MCL is 10,000 ppb. Next sample is slated for October.
