| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Complaint - Taste and Odor DETAILS: Mr. Martinez called to seek help with water quality issues. He indicated that taste and odor have been continuous problem since December 2009. He also indicated that his neighbor was having similar problems. Mr. Martinez had contacted Bette Carter about the problem in December. Two water samples were collected by Bette in February and the results were TC and E.Coli negative. However, according to Mr. Martinez the problem persists. I suggested he contact Bette and request that the distribution lines be flushed. He will do so. He also wanted to know what to do if Bette did not respond to his concerns. I explained that he could formally document his concerns and send them to Bette and copy to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Discuss with Brad Daniels delinquent monitoring for this system. | ||
