| Details: | SUMMARY: Management and Operation Documents due date changed. DETAILS: I contacted the operator to follow up on corrective actions due on 7.18.18. The operator (Teri) stated that she is in the process of training new staff and therefore had limited time to work on the Emergency Management Plan and the Operation and Maintenance Manual. Her due date to complete her Management and Operation documents was extended 1 month more. ACTION NEEDED: Operator was informed that they have until August 18 to complete the documents mentioned above. Upon request, an email was sent to Teri with an electronic copy of the survey conducted on Sep 28, 2017, the Emergency Management Plan and the Operation and Maintenance Manual. | ||
