| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: On 3/18 Gary reported a plan to shock @ 100 ppm and allow faucets to run a little nightly and finish plan by flushing and sampling on 3/22. This alert is a by product of requesting that the 3/8/& 3/10 samples all to be recorded as Temporary routines. Recategorization of samples results in an alert. Some lab slips were marked as repeats which was posted on state database. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice. Provide chlorine shock to well and distribution lines and let stand several days. Purge the system of excessive chlorine and take a special source sample and also take a special distribution sample. In April draw 5 samples from any of the building faucets. | ||
