| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing nitrates DETAILS: This system is listed as a violator for nitrate for EP-B and EP-C. I called Paul and he said he thought the lab had done all three because he had shown her all 3 entry points. I checked their monitoring history in the database and it shows all 3 entry points results for 2009 submitted on time. I then called Chuck and left him a message to question why they turned up as a violator. I also noticed that one entry point sample for nitrates was done in January 2010 so I called the lab and she said the other 2 entry points were not yet accessible due to snow. I reminded her to be sure to dot the other 2 points this year. ACTION NEEDED: 2/24/10 Chuck Michael called back to say it was their error. Violation has been removed. | ||
