| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Well #3 has not been in use for 18 months per Vicki and cannot be placed back into service without being rewired, service disconnect switch to the auto pressure switch, and per Daniel Hough at the state, source assessment monitoring will be waived. This source will be listed as inactive and as an emergency source. If the operator wished to place this source back into service then a coliform and nitrate sample need to be collected and source assessment monitoring will need to resume. ACTION NEEDED: No further sampling will need to be collected from this source until/unless it is activated | ||
