| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: 3/19/10 Norm collected repeat samples from the distribution system. 3/21/10 Norm informed me that he posted a boil water notice and faxed me a copy. 3/22/10 Alerts issued. I called Norm and the state who will conduct and pay for corrective action. 3/23/10 Alert 7455 issued. #/24/10 I collected a source sample from each well prior to Norm disinfecting the system. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected after chlorine dissipates from the system. | ||
