| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: 3/17/10 State collected sample from distribution system 3/19/10- Norm collected repeat samples from the distribution system. 3/21/10- Norm informed me that he posted a boil water notice and faxed me a copy 3/22/10- I called Norm and the state regarding who will conduct and pay for corrective action. 3/24/10 - I collected a source sample from each well prior to Norm disinfecting the system. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected after chlorine dissipates from system. | ||
