Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 3/26/10 I called Daniel Hough at the state and inquired about the appropriate follow up to this alert. This sample is an annual source required due to requirements that all chlorinated systems submit one annual source sample. 3/29/10 Per email from Daniel Hough, while additional action would be required in the event of a persistent coliform positive source, the state has yet to define persistent. Furthermore, because thus far, only one source sample has come up positive, no additional action will be required at this time. I informed Anna of this today. ACTION NEEDED: None
