| Details: | Background/Problem Identification: Russ Kazmierczak reached out to Civil West indicating that the Canyon City Water Department needed MPA tests conducted on two water sources to determine the magnitude of surface water influence risk. Assistance Provided: Eric Molten set up and ran the MPA test from the afternoon 5/27/2020 until the morning of 5/28/2020 Follow-Up Actions Needed: Based on MPA test results additional monitoring may be required per OAR 333-061-0032.7.i.C. Technical Reports to be Prepared and Expected Timeframe: The results were provided to the City and OHA on June 6, 2020. Please see the attached MPA Result Sheets. |
