| Details: | SUMMARY: Status update on resolution for DBP MCL violations DETAILS: Dean Minard WD has not sampled for DBPs because they do not have a means to prevent their existance. There is no infrastructure to flush their lines. Installing blow-offs is complicated by the poor condition of the mains, on which plumbers have refused to work. Thus, they are seeking funding to replace their mains. They have already received a USDA Rural Development grant to do an Env Assess, prelim Eng rpt, and final design. They are awaiting USDA approval of Env Assess before completing final design. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with USDA to assure process continues to move forward. | ||
