| Details: | SUMMARY: Notification of Change of Ownership of Water System DETAILS: Beth Walter called to notify DWP that the Walters had rescinded their ownership of the Bear Creek Hideout/Rose Lodge PWS and that ownership have been returned to Betty Carter effective April 1, 2010. Beth indicated that the facility keys had been given to Betty yesterday. I called Betty Carter to verify status of ownership and she referred me to her Attorney, Braulio Escobar 541-265-7717. I also called Amy Chapman of Lincoln County to notify her of a possible change of ownership. ACTION NEEDED: Consult with DWP management to determine who should contact Mr. Escobar regarding ownership and operation of the water system. | ||
