Details: SUMMARY: water system survey deficiencies corrected DETAILS: A letter from the school district was received documenting the corrections noted from the survey on Dec. 22, 2009. Corrections included: coliform sampling plan and raw sample tap. A testable backflow device was installed and they updated the O & M and ERP manuals. ACTION NEEDED: none
