| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Called Marcia and she was aware of the alert but she does not sample. Call to Mr. Ray Miller 541-892-3932 to discuss sampling. He has always sampled at the same spot for years but recently replaced his kitchen faucet. We discussed ho to sample and I will be sending him info on how to sample as well as how to develop a coliform sampling plan. Also will be sending info on dates for the small water system operator classes. ACTION NEEDED: Four samples need to be taken 3/10/10 from 4 locations. Next month 5 routine samples must be taken. Develop a coliform sampling plan to sample from the entire system. | ||
