| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate or coliform DETAILS: New owners and operators were located. They took over the system in mid 2009. The new operators were unaware of the requirements. They will begin monitoring and reporting as necessary. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for nitrate yearly and coliform quarterly. The samples will be taken by Umpqua Research Labs as necessary. Public notice for the violation has been issued, delivered to the users and sent to the state. | ||
