| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting violation DETAILS: Spoke with Guy, the new contact for the system. They are missing the 2009 - 2010 nitrate sample for the active well. Guy said the previous operator, Mike McFaddin, is no longer working for the McKenzie Bridge Forest Service and the nitrate tests were overlooked. When the 2009 nitrate sample was submitted, it was from the old nonactive well. Guy will be submitting the nitrate sample from the current well for 2010 with the 2nd quarter coliform sample. ACTION NEEDED: Submit yearly nitrate test. | ||
