| Details: | SUMMARY: O&M Manual Assistance DETAILS: System and Water District have entered into a Bilateral Compliance Agreement that requires the District to prepare an O&M Manual that must be completed by 12/31/09. I met with Pete to review his WTP and system wide O&M Procedures. I review what information he had provided and several areas to focus on and what to document in writing. I left him a list of areas necessary for the manual that I had prepared prior to my visit. He has WTP operational procedures in manuals at the plant. Most of his procedures were not written down for the rest of the system. I suggested he make two copies, one for the WTP and one for the Water District Office. ACTION NEEDED: None needed unless requested. | ||
