| Details: | SUMMARY: Surface Water Treatment Rule DETAILS: Rose Lodge operates two different systems, Boulder Creek and Bear Creek. Bear Creek has 53 connections and is composed of an infiltration gallery and a reservoir. Raw water is chlorinated and distributed throughout the system. Currently the Bear Creek wells have been turned off due to low production. There are 3 wells in total, but only 2 produce water and both of those produce less than 8 gpm. With 53 connections, the system has switched over to the infiltration well in order to meet the system demands. HBH was contacted by Mrs Walters for assistance with possible water treatment solutions that meet the EPA and Health Divisions requirements. I assisted Mrs Walters with investigating possible water treatment systems that could meet their needs. We also helped Mrs Walters with her Letter of Intent. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to provide assistance to the water system as needed. | ||
