| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement date Oct 9, 2009 follow up DETAILS: Contacted Mr. Parks 4 times about obtaining the D-1 operator for the water district as part of their enforcement compliance. Ms Byrd DWP informed me as of 2/26/10 they had finally sent in a copy of the contract for the D-1 operator. Well has been disconnected 11/25/09 and the operator certification verified by the state 2/26/10 ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor quarterly arsenic results so they stay in compliance | ||
