| Details: | Winston-Dillard had a high TTHM result on 7/9/2020 (0.0832 mg/L) just over the MCL. In corresponding with the operator, they believe the high pH in the raw water is causing increase in chlorine dosage. With the higher chlorine dosage, there is an increase possibility of DBP problems. The system has since started using citric acid to lower raw water pH. System is also looking into adding tank mixers at 3 of the reservoirs in the distribution system. |
