| Details: | SUMMARY: Reservoir repairs planned DETAILS: The 50,000 concrete gallon reservoir has major cracks in the roof and repairs are planned. The water system is working with an engineer, Ralph Swinehart. I told Mr. Bull that a plan review is not required for the repairs. However, if they construct an additional new reservoir in the future, plan submittal would be required. The system is still correctly classified as a state regulated since there are 10 homes and 7 are occupied year-round. Apparently a new home is under construction and the residents will likely be year-round. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
