| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform & Ecoli repeat DETAILS: Repeat source water monitoring samples positive for coliform & Ecoli. Spoke with patty regarding the repeat samples. She is very upset the park has to undergo source water monitoring. I discussed the required boil water notice and faxed a copy. Casey Lyon & I will be visiting the park on Tuesday, march 23re to review the existing system and discuss possibilities for meeting the 4.0 log requirement. Cary is still in the process for plan review on the existing UV light he installed. ACTION NEEDED: Issue bioil water notice. Corrective action must take place by April 22, 2010 | ||
