Details:	SUMMARY: Four of five samples positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Frances several times concerning recent positive samples. Worked with Fred Kalish to provide Frances with the appropriate amounts fo chlorine to introduce to the well and storage tank for shock chlorinating. The calculator in the state website was used. Provided the information about shock chlorinating and procedures via email to Frances. On 3/24 received results of shock chlorination to the well which was absent. Frances asked about shock chlorinating the storage tank as well. I spoke to Amy Parmenter and she stated that it would be up to the operator to decide if they want to shock the storage tank. The well tested positive on Feb 2, 2010 Frances state they will be drawing their own samples and submitting them to pacific Analytical Lab in Corvallis. I spoke to her about following proper sampling procedures to insure there were not false positive readings. We also spoke about sampling temporary routines all at once versed spreading them out over the month. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of five temporary routine samples to be submitted in April.
