Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Follow up for non reporting nitrate violation 2009. Called operator Dan and he stated the train is no longer running and there are no plans to restart it. The leasee terminated his contract end of December and Dan has the equipment up for sale. ACTION NEEDED: Will deactivate system on state website until further notice.
