| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation follow up DETAILS: Follow up for no routine coliform for January 2010. Called operator Gary and discussed. He looked into it and called Pyxis Lab immediately to schedule February sample. Two samples taken same day. One routine from distribution and one raw source sample for Ground Water Rule (GWR) as system uses UV. Both samples absent. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take and report on time monthly coliform samples. Only one raw source sample/year required to meet GWR | ||
