| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Called owner/operator Collin regarding missing 2009 nitrates. Replacement 2010 nitrate had already been taken 1/14/10. Discussed ongoing routine coliform as well. System does not serve much ice cream during the winter but is open. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking routine annual nitrate again in 2011 and ongoing quarterly coliform and get results to the state. | ||
