| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate reporting violation DETAILS: Have been working with Collette for several months following 8/09 positive coliform. System missed 2009 nitrate as well as some coliform samples. System has since taken 2010 nitrate on 1/25/10 and has a clean coliform from same date. Called Collette and system appears to be back on track. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take quarterly coliform and annual nitrate and get results to state on time | ||
