| Details: | I spoke with the system operator at JLR. They anticipate their next test will be over the MCL and will likely move their RAA over the limit. They have begun working on upgrading their arsenic removal equipment and will be working with OHA:DWS on plan review for this system. UPDATE: The result for the third quarter is indeed over MCL and does push the RAA over the limit. The system is now officially responsible for posting public notice about the arsenic and will continue working towards an equipment solution for abatement. The firm has been offering public notice to employees since the issue was first discovered. I am sending a more recent copy to OHA:DWS. |
