| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert follow up DETAILS: Routine quarterly coliform positive. Routine was taken as a result of a non reporting violation. Spoke with Samie and Umpqua lab regarding repeat samples. One of 4 repeats must be a source water sample for Ground Water Rule. 4 repeats will be taken 3/8 as this is the first chance the lab has. ACTION NEEDED: Submit results of repeat samples to dictate any corrective action if needed. Will need 5 temporary routines in April regardless. | ||
