| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat follow up DETAILS: 3 of 4 repeats positive. Well source absent. Spoke with Samie. Each of 7 homes on system has its own small 1000 gallon reservoir. Discussed chlorinating each reservoir, flushing and then resampling. There was a recent line break that was repaired and Samie thinks this could have been cause. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate and take follow up samples, temporary repeats in April ok, after all chlorine out of system All 6 homes in use have been notified. | ||
