| Details: | SUMMARY: violation follow up DETAILS: The system received 2 violations 1st qtr 2010. The system was on a quarterly nitrate schedule - the system will stay on a quarterly schedule to ensure the treatment is working effectively. DWP to reevaluate at the end of 4th qtr 2010. The system had a positive total coliform sample on 3/31. The second violation was for repeat sampling. ACTION NEEDED: System to take one more routine coliform sample in April. Nitrate quarterly samples will start 2nd qtr 2010. | ||
