| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on nitrate and coliform violation DETAILS: Tried to contact someone from the Victor family. I ended up calling the Frotier restaurant and left a message for Josh or Rachael. They system has no monitored for nitrate or coliform since 2005. Josh gave me number for his Dad, Manual Victor. It was the number for the Northern Investments 541-367-4499. I left a message 2/18/10 and did not receive a call back. 3/30/10 called again and spoke to Leanne and told her the system has not sampled for coliform or nitrate since 2005. I told her the system has not sampled since 2005. She said she would let Manuel know and she would call me back. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
