| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring DETAILS: Mr. Smith received notice in the mail and he was unaware of the required annual nitrate testing required. Daily oversight of the system operation had been done by a local resident, who is no longer in this role. Mr. Smith also inquired about other required sampling. Discussed also the plans for the construction of the well house. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Smith to see that required sampling is done, annual nitrate, quarterly coliform and 1 annual raw water sample per new Ground Water Rule. Maureen to check with the state regarding need for a plan review for the well house. | ||
