Monitoring requirements discussion lead to lack of well house and well head casing below grade lever. Contacted Evan Hofeld regarding plan review requirements for the well house. 4/13/10 With an onsite visit I facilitated getting the preliminary requested and required information for the state plan review. Pictures of site, storage facilities and well plan review check list, and correction on location of well. 4/16/10 Emailed information to Evan. ACTION NEEDED: Clarification on type of pressure tank from operator. Pending any further action and direction per Evan Hofeld | ||
