| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP2 Compliance - 40/30 waiver DETAILS: Jeff called to ask if City of Lebanon should be addressing an IDSE report. Carrie pointed out Lebanon has a 40/30 waiver, so Lebanon only needs a compliance monitoring plan sometime before October 1, 2013. Called Jeff back to let him know and that guidance on those with waivers would be coming out later this year. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
