Details: SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: I spoke with Russ about the missing 2009 nitrate test He said he would follow up and get a nitrate test reported ASAP. I checked the state website 3/4/10 and it now shows a nitrate sample on 7/7/09 and received on 7/22/09 and the violation has now been removed. ACTION NEEDED: none
