| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Al and he mentioned they had repaired a hole in the side of the well casing and a repeat sample taken on 2/11/10 was clean. Al wanted to know how many more samples he needs to take to return to compliance. I told him to take 5 routine samples. System reported routine sample 2/23/10 received at the state 3/4/10 Result was non detect. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on future coliform monitoring for system | ||
