| Details: | SUMMARY: Meeting with WS to Discuss AO DETAILS: Karen Kelley and I met with Betty Carter and her daughter Janine Doege this morning to review the actions that must be performed under recently issued Administrative Order dated April 14, 2010. I read each of the Rule Violations and Actions Required to Achieve Compliance. In addition, I read to Betty and Janine the Interim Operating Requirements listed in the AO. Afterwards, both Betty and Janine indicated that they understood the Order and would take the appropriate actions in accordance with the schedule prescribed in the AO. We encourage Betty and Janine to take advantage of the DWP Circuit Rider Program for technical assistance. We also suggested that the circuit rider could be helpful with financial aid applications. ACTION NEEDED: Follow progress of meeting AO. Check with Roberto to see if LOI for DWSRF submitted by Beth Walter would be transferrable to Betty Carter now that Betty has taken over ownership of the WS. | ||
