Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Spoke with James on the phone. He has spoken with the lab and they are still trying to determine if the 2009 nitrate sample was taken. James said he would get the sample reported or take one for 2010 ASAP. Nitrate sample taken 3/1/10 and received by the state 3/11 result was non detect. ACTION NEEDED: none
