| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Temporary routine samples taken 12/24/09 positive for coliform. Spoke with Mr. Scott this morning and they have Alexin Lab troubleshooting the situation. The system will issue a public notice for coliforms. I referred him to the Circuit Rider Technical Services. He will take 5 routine temporary coliform samples in January. 2/23/10 Spoke with George, repairs have been made will be sampling tomorrow will be sure to mark as routine sample. He may do a special in the distribution system also. System did public notice as required and copy was transmitted to state system had a clean sample in Feb and March. ACTION NEEDED: Monthly samples required. | ||
